Who is Jacqui Risi
I am passionate about living a life that embraces individuality and allows one to thrive in their own, unique way.
The strength of the human spirit and its capabilities amaze me. I find it a great honour to witness courageous, hungry individuals wanting to learn, change, and grow within themselves.

I marvel at seeing people challenge themselves and become whom they aspire to be; surprising themselves along the way.
I think we put so much effort into looking after our physical bodies but here is an opportunity for the mind. (Healthy Body, Healthy Mind).

I am a daring enthusiast and intrigued about the endless opportunities and experiences that life has to offer. I have faced many moments in my life that have taught me many valuable lessons and a jack of many trades, however, this is one very special to my heart. I love running, being out in nature, time to myself, a lover of handwritten notes, and enjoying dancing. I am married to an incredible man for 15 years and have two beautiful Jack Russells that also teach me a lot.
